Cement Ball Mill

 Introduction of Cement Ball Mill:
   Cement ball mill has large output and high fineness of grinding and they are widly used in cement plants, mineral processing and other fields including cement line grinding process, grinding station construction and design.The ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, and turning part of the main part.The hollow shaft using steel, lining is replaceable.Rotary gear is casted by hobbing process, the body inlaid cylinder liner has good wear resistance. The operation of the machine is stable and reliable performance. According to materials and ways of discharge, you can choose the dry ball mill and wet-lattice-type ball mill.
   Working structure of cement ball mill :
   The cement mill is made up of level simplified style,in and out of the hollow shaft materials and grinding head etc. parts,simplified style is a long cylinder which is equipped with a grinding body. The cylinder is made of steel plate, steel liner and Simplified fixed grinding media in general steel ball, according to different diameter and a certain percentage into the tube and the grinding media can also be used to the steel segment. When the cylinder rotates, the material and the grinding balls under the influence of centrifugal force, close in the liner, on the action of friction, tube materials and the grinding balls will be brought to a certain height, and on the impact of gravity, grinding balls and materials to whereabouts at the same time, the grinding balls crushed material ,at the same time the material and liner happen relatively sliding friction, produce abrasive function to materials,so achieve the purpose of grinding materials.
